The National Cyber
Security Alliance is an organization that strives
to educate and empower the digital society to use the Internet in a safe and
secure manner wherever they are. They believe that securing the cyberspace is a
shared responsibility that everyone plays a role in. National Cyber
Security Awareness Month started as a way to
help increase awareness of online safety and security issues, and educate
people about the best ways to protect their electronic devices and the personal
information on them.
This year marks the ten-year anniversary for
NCSAM. Our Shared Responsibility is this years theme with a goal of
creating a safer digital world. In doing our part, EVS encourages businesses to take
extra steps to prevent identity theft and enhance verification and
authentication. We partner with businesses to ensure they are protected from
identity theft and fraud. By utilizing solutions like id verification, drivers license
verification and dynamic KBA a
business is taking those extra steps to ensure data isnt compromised.
In honor of NCSAM, we will be sharing tips and advice on our
social media pages about how you can prevent fraud and identity theft.
